Cold spray is promising method to create with high efficiency and low cost. this work, equiatomic FeCoNiCrMn HEA was deposited by cold systematically investigated transmission electron microscopy (TEM) Kikuchi diffraction (TKD). spray, formed segregated Ni Mn in starting particle were also redistributed. Moreover, twinning ultra-fine nanograins detected region close impact interface. Compared severe deformation of other SFE metals, for HEA, highly related grain size.
